Triassic
The triassic period was the firs period of the Mesozioc Era (the time when dinosaurs lived). It lasted from 251 to 199 mya (Millian years ago).
Sea life: modern corals appeared, forming smaller reefs than the Devonian period. There were shelled cephalopods
and marine reptiles.
Terrestrial life: amphibians, archosauromorph reptiles replaced teh synapsids of the permian. the first pterosaurs, dinosaurs, turtles, and mammals evolved.
